1. How do I register as a new customer?

Welcome  on board. To register as a new customer please click here then fill all the information up and you are ready to shop online today as our registered customer.

2. How do I login to my account?

There is a link named "Login" on the top right corner. Here is where you will login. Otherwise please Click Here to go directly to the login page.

3. Why can't I login?

If you have established that it is not a Login Password issue. Then it could be a problem with your browser's "cookies", which are small pieces of information remembered by your computer, such as your sign-in details. Our website uses a cookie on your computer to remember who you are. You can fix this by deleting the cookie on your computer for "healthezi.com". Simply follow these steps:

1. Close Internet Explorer.

2. Click on the Start button -> then Search

3. Select "All Files and Folders"

3. Type "cookies" into the first Search box -> then click the Search button

4. You will see a few of the search results, which show folders called "Cookies".

5. Open the first Cookies folder, and delete any files which mention oo.com.au.

6. Go back and repeat the process for every Cookies folder in your search results.

This should fix the problem, however if the problem continues, you should try downloading "Firefox". It is a Popular and Free browser to Internet Explorer, which is fast to download http://www.getfirefox.com/

4. Forgot password?

At the login page next to the login button there is a section entitled "Forgot your Password?" Click on that then You should be able to key in your Login ID/Email Address and click on the submit button. Your password will be sent to your email address. If you simply can't remember any login information, then Click Here to create a new account.

 

Ordering:

1. How do I get my Tax Invoice?

Once you have finalised your perchase through our safe and secure checkout process you will receive an order confirmation email with Tax Invoice details of your order, to your registered billing email address. If you would like to print your invoice please loin to your account and should be able to see al your order details and you can print your invoice from that section.

2. Do you Price Match or better your Competitors prices?

Delivery

1. What Service do you use to Deliver?

Deliveries within Australia are sent by standard mail (orders up to 3 kg of standard items). HealthEzi uses Australia Post registered mail to deliver orders to you. If you are not home when Australia Post attempts delivery, you will receive notification advising you of the delivery attempt. Australia Post will keep the parcel for you until you can pick it up. For our international customers International delivery processes will depend on your country’s postal system.

2. How long do you take to deliver an order?

Generally speaking delivery in Australia will arrive within 3 to 5 working days from the time of placing your order depending on available stock & product demand.  If products are placed on back order due to manufacture delays you will be contacted by one of our staff on the estimated time of delivery.

Returns

1. Can I get full refund if I change my mind?

100% credit given towards other purchases if products returned within 7 days of receiving order. Must be accompanied by the purchase invoice, be unopened and undamaged (refund on shipping charges does not apply).

2. What happen to the damaged goods in transit?

Damaged goods in transit will be replaced without charge. Refunds on damaged goods are given only on those goods damaged and for a refund to apply the goods must be returned to our office and must be accompanied by the appropriate invoice. Return freight is the resposibility of the customer and postage will apply to replacement goods.
